We really enjoyed our stay at this place, where all the staff were very attentive, and the main bar was superb.

Hotel was situated a short walk to marine science center. There was an a sauna. It was located very close to a ship terminal...

This venue is situated close to the Baltic Sea and major attractions, featuring stylish and clean accommodations equipped with coffee and tea making facilities and glassware.

Everything, escpecially the young seal that comes to the beach and enjoys itself knowing that people are kind to it. Also, the SPA facilities and profesionalism were excelent.

This hotel offers luxurious and spotless accommodations with stunning views, features a helpful and friendly staff, boasts an excellent location, and serves delightful food.

Loved watching the boat and ship traffic in and out of the harbour. The staff and food were superb in any of the restaurants we ate in; all under the watchful eye of the Michelin starred chef. It was wonderful taking the ferry across to the little town of Warnemuende and browsing through the shops farther into the town off the beaten tourist track... In 14 years of serious travelling, this is the very nicest place we have stayed at; and we really didn't want to leave. So much so, that we are returning in two weeks time for another stay.

As small minus I would say the rather expensive parking facilties (11,-€ per day). Which should be incl. for a 5* hotel

Located directly opposite the cruise ship terminal, this hotel area boasts a top-notch location with plenty of good restaurants nearby. One of our favorites was Newport Fisch, with fresh seafood and fantastic drinks. Plus, the hotel is conveniently close to everything. We enjoyed our spacious room and equally spacious bathroom. Service was friendly and we loved the breakfast buffet and the view. Don't forget to take advantage of the spa, sauna, and pool.

There was only one small elevator for the restaurant and it was not nearly enough for the large amount of guests.

What a perfect spot! I had a great city break at a wonderful resort. The staff was amazingly friendly, and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and you could even have a glass of champagne. The location was superb, right next to the sea and close to the Marine Science Center. The SPA was great too, with a pool and hydro massages.

That reaching the resort by public transport was difficult and took some time. , some restaurants were closed for events, which we were not informed of beforehand.

This hotel is truly luxurious with exclusive amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa center. the service is impeccable, and the staff made sure all our needs were fulfilled. the location is also ideal with access to a private beach and sun terrace.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of outdoor swimming pool.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection was delicious, with outdoor seating available. The location was perfect, with easy access to all major attractions like the train station, a ferry across the harbour and 'Strandkorb' at the beach. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a wide range of options at the SPA and a lovely bar near the reception area. this hotel provided a great experience!
